  Delicious lambic

  If you like Iambics, this is a must try. Raspberry flavours and not too sweet. Very enjoyable.

  Raspberry delight

  Deep raspberry aroma. Not super sweet (don’t get me wrong, it’s sweet for a beer). Slightly sour on the backend.

  A quality drop!

  We enjoyed the Framboise Boon out at a restaurant and instantly searched for where to buy it. Beer Cartel didn't let us down. A very Raspberry Aroma and easy drinking and not too sweet which was a bonus. A great aperitif! We need to go back for more so will order soon. Thanks Guys!

  Raspberry Wine/Ale - sweet, bubbly and tart!

  Interested in the "Kriek" style of Belgian and Dutch Lambic fruit beers, this was the first I tried and I was ready for anything! Bottled with a heavy cork and wire fastener, it requires a corkscrew to open, popping loudly in a very wine-like way. The scent of raspberries is very noticeable, a pale foaming head over a purple-magenta cider-like but complex brew. It's sweet, but not too sweet, raspberry-jam aroma with a slightly tart-sour undercurrent. Perhaps a lovely dessert beer!

  I did not like this beer. Much better and cheaper fruit beers are available in Australia.
