WHAT OTHER CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING
Great smokey flavour with that smell of maple syrup. What a great brew
I was hoping this beer would taste a bit more like my favourite vegetable, bacon. I gave it a go because it's a Rogue and most of their beers I've had are outstanding.
Third sip in and my taste buds thought they had been drinking dregs from a bottle that someone decided to use as their ashtray.
I was hoping the originality in the flavour would at least taste somewhat like a maple donut.
1 star because it's a Rogue, and they've made an effort to be creative. Terrible beer, but that certainly won't stop me from trying the rest of their collection.
Voodoo Doughnut is always madness in a bottle.
"I like these gimmick beers.
This is my 3rd Voodoo doughnut, and probably my favourite. pours think and heady, aromas of hickory smoke. Lacing fades quickly but the maple and bacon flavours hang around for a long while. don't serve it straight from fridge, let it warm just a little so it can release the smoky goodness."
