This weekend we welcome the second instalment of Craft Beer Rising in Australia - a national day of celebrating the brewers, beers and venues that are driving the revolution that is changing Australia's beer culture. Our event is simple but it's a tasty one! We are tapping 2 kegs of Modus Operandi beers in a mini-tap-takeover event on our growler system. One of these beers is the latest release from Modus Operandi and isn't part of their core range - meaning we may or may not see it again! So drop in with your growler/squealer (or you can buy them in store) and grab a fill to celebrate Australia's craft beer industry.

TAP 1: Modus Operandi Former Tenant Red IPA

Bursting with aromas of Passionfruit and Mango due to a heavy hand on the Mosaic and Galaxy dry hops, this Ruby Red IPA has a complex blend of citrusy hops and savoury caramel malt flavour followed by a slightly sweet finish.

TAP 2: Modus Operandi Honey Pot Saison

Brewed with Organic stringy bark honey and dry hopped using El Dorado hops, it puts off a sweet citrusy tang …Like any good honey pot.
