Beer description: House Red is a careful blend of 12, 18, 24 and 48 month old oak aged beers. We’ve been developing the cultures of wild yeast and bacteria for our barrel program for many years, and through a carefully monitored solera program, we have a sour red that has all the things you want.⠀
