Beer description: We showcase New Zealand hops and malt in this beer. A malt bill of predominantly simple base malts but with a touch of a roasted caramel malt sets the backbone for the hops to shine. We then use a generous amount of New Zealand hops (Motueka, Pacifica and Kohatu) late in the brewing process to impart a gentle fruity aroma and flavour without creating a bitter aftertaste.⠀
