Beer description: The latest version of our Surround Sound DIPA features a hop we are extremely excited about; the fragrant Lotus hop is known in the brewing world for its intense notes of orange and vanilla. We paired it with Mosaic which imparts its own beautiful berry and tropical fruit bouquet. We dry-hop all of our Surround Sound DDH DIPA’s at 20g/l for a maximum hop experience!
