Beer description: Our take on this historical style has been fermented in stainless with “Felix”, one of our mixed cultures. This light, dry and delicate farmhouse ale has beautiful fruity funk notes along with a grapefruit, peach and mango hop character from the hops Wai-iti and Hallertau Blanc added at whirlpool. Bottle conditioned for 6 weeks Sister Havana is the perfect refreshing farmhouse ale for a warm spring day.⠀
