Beer description: It is a meditation beer; its aroma is intense and fruity, it fills the mouth without ever weighing it down, a slight hint of ripe citrus and a finish of aromatic berries blend with its delicate bitter, not at all intrusive; the taste is harmonious and well balanced, aromatic and full-bodied; its nuances recall the Gregorian music sung by the monks in the vespertina hour.
