Beer description: Convergence is the result of our collab with the iconic Bannockburn Vineyards. This wonderfully vibrant and effervescent ale underwent a mixed fermentation with our wild house yeast and Bannockburn’s wilf yeasts in one of their old 500L Puncheon French Oak barrels for approximately 14 months. This gave rise to a hybrid farmhouse ale that has strong lychee and tropical notes underpinned by a yeast-forward complexity, reminiscent of both Bannockburn Vineyards and La Sirene.⠀
