Beer description: Darebin Wild Ale is a 100% spontaneously fermented wild ale that was barrel fermented & matured for 6 months at our Urban Farmhouse Brewery in inner-city Melbourne. Paying homage to our sites unique microflora in the Darebin shire, we wanted to create a hyper-local wild ale that very much reflects our wonderful environment and the plethora of active microbes responsible for this vibrant wild ale next to the Darebin Parklands.⠀
