Millennium Falcon is brewed with pale malts, so the hops can really do the talking. Holgate loaded up the kettle and the fermenter with an unprecedented quantity of Millennium, Falconers Flight and Galaxy hops, pushing the IBUs up to 100.

This beer also weighs in at a big, chewy 10.0% ABV so it certainly isn’t for the faint-hearted.
