Beer description: As the name suggests, this beer is flavoursome, with perhaps more bitterness than a typical brew of this type. It is dry hopped with English whole hops for extended periods. This gives characteristics that are not immediately significant, but which develop with age and mean that the beer is excellent both fresh and aged. To be enjoyed slowly, savouring the flavours, and drunk from a stemmed glass just as you would with wine.⠀
