Beer description: The sequel to last year’s Infrared Red IPA; Double IR is leaps & bounds ahead. First, it’s bigger at 8.0% ABV. Second, a touch of rye, rye adds a little spice. It’s then rounded out with Simcoe and Mosaic in the whirlpool, and finally, dry hopped with El Dorado.⠀
