Beer description: This beer is the result of an awesome collab with Canadian brewing legends ‘Collective Arts’. As you’d expect in any Rye based beer, there is a nice spicy finish which is complemented beautifully by a small addition of Chocolate Rye malt. This gives the finished beer a slightly deeper amber hue, and provides a delicious choc biscuity aroma. With some Aussie wattleseed thrown in the whirlpool, and HPA’s experimental '016’ hop variety in the dry hop, this beer is extremely well balanced and maintains brilliant layers of complexity.⠀
