There is a deep love for the saison style at Deeds Brewing, and when we get the chance to slip one into the schedule, there is no hesitation. This time around we are taking a Calculated Risk by layering a yeast driven flavour with a nice outlay of some old world and new world hops. Spicy and earthy notes from the Saaz and a more citrus and fruit driven aroma from Saaz's New Zealand offspring - Motueka, we are looking for something both flavourful and very unique. Drink Fresh!
