  This style of beer is a test for brewers...and they have passed!

  Black IPAs, with their massive texture and flavour can be difficult to make drinkable and not overpowering. This has a mouthfeel that is a little oily and dry, but the difficult balance between dark roasted malts and hoppiness has certainly been achieved with this beer.
