My favourite witbier
Hitachino Nest White Ale is a beautiful finely crafted Japanese wheat beer. It’s a little cloudy when poured into the glass and has a nice toasty yeasty flavour with no unpleasant aftertaste.
It pairs beautifully with mild cheeses and vegetable or mushroom risottos.
