  a ginger beer that is a beer with ginger flavour in addition, as it should be, as opposed to an alcoholic version of the soft drink, as most so called alcoholic ginger beers are nowadays. I can only fault it due to the presence of lumps of what appears to be secondary fermentation yeast.
