We love IPAs. They’re our favourite to drink, and also our favourite to brew.

Over the last 25 years we’ve made more than our fair share of them: organic, double, triple, east-coast, west-coast, botanical, barrel-aged - you name it, we’ve given it a go!

For this IPA we’ve taken inspiration from our Steam Ale and fermented it at a cooler temperature than usual for a nice clean yeast profile, allowing the hops to shine. Appearance is clearer than a West Coast and finishes dry which makes it quite sessionable.

We may have dropped the temperature but the IPA experience has been turned up to 11!
