Old meets New in this modern interpretation of an unfiltered Pilsner. Fresh malt from Voyager, malted in an Old-World fashion. Old-World bittering hops meet New-World flavour hops. While New-World mashing technique is balanced by Old-World fermentation scheduling. What results is a cumulation of precision and flavour.
