We took everything we love in a modern, juicy hazy and crossed it with a new school West Coast IPA and then used some very experimental yeast.
The malt bill for this beer is all Australian - Coopers pale malt as the backbone, with wheat malt, rolled oats and flaked rye to provide body, texture and spice. The yeast is a secret strain with a biotransformative enzyme that makes the hop aromas pop with tropical fruit. American Denali in the kettle provides pineapple notes, with kiwi Kohatu giving supplemental fresh tropical fruit and pine. The first dry hop consists of these two again, with a dose of resinous Mosaic Lupulin powder, and the second is a combination of Denali, NZ Rakau and another lot of Mosaic Lupulin just for luck.
The tropical fruit medley is underpinned with a strong resin character and the kiwi hop aromatics of an aged riesling. This beer is best enjoyed fresh as, so don't hesitate to get some before it runs out.
