Our latest Hazy IPA brewed with Heidelberg Premium Pils, Chit, Flaked Oats and Flaked Wheat for the grist and slight haze, epic head and backing sweetness. Cascade and Citra hotside followed by a triple dry hop combo of Citra T90, then Cryo Mosaic and Cryo Idaho 7 before a final Citra T45 hit. This is an absolute bomb hazy. Lallemand Verdant Yeast was used for this batch and we love it.
