The beer is named The Cloud, a 7 percent ABV IPA brewed with oats and lactose as well as hallertau blanc, hell mellon, Mandarin Bavaria and Mosaic hops. In an email, Brian Strumke, owner of Stillwater, told Tenemu that although the company has brewed beers with lactose before, this is the first beer that will feature it as a prominent ingredient.
