2021 Barrel Aged Stone Beer (2020 Brew)

Brewed for when the days are short and the nights are cold, our winter seasonal honours the ancient techniques of brewing. We squirreled away some of last year’s Stone Beer into a handful of 2nd use Starward Whiskey barrels to age. We’ve all waited long enough to try it, so enjoy this special limited release sooner, rather than later. ABV 10%

2022 Barrel Aged Stone Beer (2021 Brew)

After 12 months of soaking up the woody goodness, we’ve released our 2021 Stone Beer release into ceramic crocks for this year’s Vintage release. Dark and robust, barrel aging this full-bodied Wood-fired Porter in oak whiskey barrels has added smooth and velvety chocolate and vanilla notes to the roasted caramel aroma and cocoa flavour. This barrel-aging technique adds a higher finishing ABV to the beer sitting at a bold 10.3%.
