Fermentation under pressure allows for better carbonation and better foam in the finished beer. Lager spends at least 56 days in the fermenter prior to packaging, this time in tank allows flavours to gently settle and develop over time. Our Lager boasts flavours of fresh sourdough pretzel, soft minerality and a touch of lemony, citrusy zest thanks to a combination of classic German hops.
