2021 has been hitting a little differently with this spicy farmhouse addition to our repertoire. This classic European style has been a farmhouse staple for centuries, slaking the thirst of many a sweaty field worker.

With a deep golden hue, this farmhouse ale is packed full of strawberries and plums, with an enticing balanced bitterness to accompany. Flavours of strawberry and banana first hit, while the earthy slightly tart flavour of the plums underlies quite subtly. The nose accompanying is a bouquet of fresh wild strawberry and banana, with strong fruity aromatic yeast to accompany. The moderate wheaty body melds with balanced bitterness from European hop combinations, and washes away, finishing dryer than the bales of hay it is being sipped upon. Truly a unique take on an age old classic style to be enjoyed by all.
