A beer that’s fresh and crushable. Classic tropical aromas from Mosaic Cryo and Galaxy hops give sticky over ripe mango, apricot and passion fruit flavours. Citra in the whirlpool and Bru-1 in the dry goo add citrus and fresh zesty pineapple to balance. Lighter bodied than most hazy pales to cut back on perceived sweetness and create a beer you can drink over and over again.

A combination of the roast malt of an Amber Ale, and the hop-forward burst of an XPA. Notes of tropical fruit, stone fruit and pineapple compliment the grain bill to offer a balanced contrast. Malt: Pale malt, Crystal, Carafa 1 Hops: Mosaic, Amarillo, Simcoe

XPA's are a relatively new style to the craft beer scene. They are typically lighter than a Pale Ale, but with the same level of hop character. Our XPA uses new world, and old world hops to add a level of familiarity. There is a wonderful play between tropical fruit and a spicy pithy bitterness. The malt is light and semi-dry to add a layer of sweetness to balance. Description: 

Saisons were originally brewed as a low alcohol beer to hydrate farm workers during the warmer months. Hold Your Horses is a modern higher strength Saison that would probably not be very conducive to getting farm work done. For added complexity we dosed in Brett yeast prior to packaging the beer and allowed the cans to condition for over three months, giving the Brett time to work its magic. This beer will continue to evolve over time. Dry, highly carbonated and a little bit funky.

A bucket-load of New Zealand and US hops give this new tropical IIPA a plethora of punch; both up the nostrils and on the tongue muscle. It’s vibrant, fresh and electric - an exciting, slightly lighter alternative to our core DIPA. Oats and wheat malt are added to the mash, both to enhance mouthfeel and add a delicate creaminess to the palate – a common addition to NEIPAs for this exact reason. This beer is for any lover of NZ hops, zesty IPAs, any classic PL brew...or even all three! Nose gets both lime and fresh tropical fruit salad, mouth is filled with punchy pineapple and mango. Everything you’d expect from a PL double – equal parts BF and bully! Malt: Pale, Carapils, oats, flaked oats, wheat malt Hops: NZ - Kohatu, Wai-iti, Rakua. US – Mosaic, Amarillo
