Extra Pale Ale. Very light body, fruity and floral hop profile with undertones of passion fruit.

This All Hop NEIPA is made entirely from malt, hops, water yeast and some oats. No fruit juice or concentrate have been added. A subtle hazy and cloudiness, this IPA oozes of fruit flavours including Mango, pineapple, strawberries and citrus. A stong yet ultimately refreshing NEIPA it would have been served only in the First Class on Zeppelin flights between Berlin and Tokyo, Pity is was not invented back then. The Pony says, let the Zeppelin roar.

Brewed according to the Reinheisgebot of 1516 (German Beer Purity Law), Mönk is brewed with nothing more than Water, Malt, Hops and Yeast. An extended lagering period of 3 months allows the bottom fermenting lager yeast to mature this beer to perfection. The malt used was German pale pilsner malt, with Hallertau Tradition and Hallertau Mittelfruh hops used. A delicate hop aroma blends seamlessly into the light, bready malts, with delicate carbonation and a pale golden colour. This beer says ‘pour me into a stein and drink me!’

Darker days means darker beers. Introducing 'All Night Long', A full bodied malt profile will dance across your mouth as you take a sip. Finishing crisp & clean due to the lager yeast we used. The perfect beer for those colder times, and certainly a brew you can enjoy all night loooong!

Destined to be a mouthful in every conceivable regard, Oaty McOatface is a hefty oatmeal stout brewed with the addition of cacao nibs, peanut butter, and lactose to ensure that no tastebud is left untickled. A lush, creamy mouthfeel to cap-off the experience makes for a moreish stout that will leave you nothing short of satisfied.

Pacific Drift is a collaboration with our new friends at Black Tide Brewing from Japan. This IPA was brewed for Pint of Origin 2023 at Benchwarmer Bar in West Melbourne. After some back and forth brainstorming with the Black Tide crew, we settled on a luscious hop combo of Citra Cryo, Citra, Strata and Pacifica. Both of our breweries love to pair US and Kiwi hops, so this lineup was a no-brainer. Overripe tropical fruit, candied citrus and a little sherbet on the finish in our signature IPA style combine to deliver one of the most crushable beers we’ve brewed this year. 乾杯!
