Beer Description:

A “hoppy” American Pale Ale that uses fresh Chinook and Centennial hop cones harvested from Ryefield Hops & brewed on the same day. The fresh hops accentuate the pure lupulin, providing a bouquet of pine and citrus alongside a grassy dankness depth that you can only get in a wet hop brew.

Texas is a great big place known for a great many things. While we won’t get into all of them, the Texas Brown Ale is the one we’re here for. Malt-defined while still retaining significant hop profile, it’s a chewy, chocolatey body with Cascade and Sabro hops to lend a citrusy bitterness to its prominent malt structure. Perfectly suited for hootenannies of all varieties. Giddy up, pardner.
