The Chop IPA - American
Meet the newest member to our line up - THE CHOP - an American style IPA sitting at 7% ABV. Not tied to any coast or fixed style, this American IPA is our chopped up take on a variety of IPA's hailing from the USA. Pouring a hazy straw colour THE CHOP carries big citrus and tropical notes, finishing with a mild balanced bitterness.
Three Little Pigs Pale Ale Pale Ale - American
Brewed right here in Mudgee, balanced malt character, using Amarillo, Riwaka and Rakau hops, for fruity and floral character.
Super Chill Lager Lager - American
Keep things chill with the crisp taste of this easy-drinking lager. Beautifully balanced with a light, refreshing bitterness, it’s a moreish, mouth-cleansing coldie that ticks all the boxes. Cheers to that!
Powder Day Salted Caramel Fudge Stout - Imperial
This beer is viscous with notes of coffee and burnt sugar.
A Quiet Deed 2023 Stout - Pastry
It's been eleven years since the name Quiet Deeds hit the shelves of your local bottle shop and let's just say that a lot happened in that time. Something that hasn't changed from day one is that we wanted to make beer that we enjoyed drinking and to do so humbly, quietly. To celebrate our 11th Birthday, we brewed a beer that highlights our journey over the last year. So here is our Black Forest Gateau Blended Pastry Imperial Stout! Decadent, fruity and rich; enjoy this Pastry Imperial and BBA Imperial Stout blend. The perfect cake for our birthday!

A delicious classic American style brown ale with a slight happiness and all the lovely flavours of a brown you'd expect.
Fill Your Cup IPA - New England
Pouring a very hazy, pale gold with a dense, foamy head, this is the stuff dreams are made of. Float away on a silky base while a large hop charge of Mosaic Incognito, Ekuanot Cryo, Mosaic Cryo and fresh 2023 crop Galaxy deliver incredible flavours and aromas: stone fruit, sweet berry, pithy orange, mango and passionfruit. It all finishes with an impressive resinous character and sticky dank.
Hey Weiss Guy Wheat Beer - Hefeweizen
Green Room IPA - American
Citrus. Piney. Smooth Bitterness. West Coast IPA with big late hop additions. Whirlpool Chinook, Topaz, Strata and Crystal. Dry hop Cascade, Simcoe, Crystal.
Haze IPA - New England
Extremely limited release hazy IPA. This beer was double dry hopped with Mosaic, Galaxy, Citra and Simcoe, resulting in a juicy beer with an abundance of orange, passionfruit and stone fruit flavours with minimal bitterness and hazy appearance.

Days Gone By Märzen
Medium bodied amber lager that was the beer originally served at Oktoberfest until it was replaced by the lighter, hoppier Festbier. Historically, Marzens were brewed in March and lagered in cold caves over the German summer to be ready for the festival. Days Gone By showcases the rich, toasty and bready flavours of German Munich malt.
