A stout’s roasty characters are the perfect match for gingerbread! So, in the interest of saving time, we’ve combined the two in this tasty, limited release… Pale and specialty malts form a sturdy base and a deep brown pour – it’s the same grain bill as our flagship stout, which is a win for existing fans. NZ and German hops provide fragrant kick, something accentuated by the natural gingerbread flavouring, which spurs images of a freshly baked tray. Expect aromas of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and of course, gingerbread biccies. To drink, it’s full and rich, showing more of the above (much more) and a pleasant, lingering finish of spice. Yum.

This is an XPA. It’s easy to say you’ll love it, because everyone loves an XPA, but this is an extra good one. An all-Aussie line up of malt and Galaxy hops with fat tropical flavours of passionfruit and citrus, perfectly balanced against a light, crisp malt backdrop. Sounds nice, doesn’t it? Wait till you taste it – just keep it tidy, for Pete’s sake.

Frenchies Pale ale showcases the newest French hop varieties. Its simple malt bill focuses on a delicious caramel malt backbone that balances the intensity of the hops. This pale ale is dry hopped with the freshest French hop from the Alsace region. Citrus and flowers aroma greet the nose. On the Palate, more fruitiness comes through with citrus and lime rounded by the caramel malt. This is a big everyday pale ale.

Our limited release 6th birthday beer, Trippin Balls ⚡ This DDH Tripel, which we’ve packaged up into 440ml cans, celebrates the start of our 7th year of brewing, the age of reason for kids, not so much for breweries! True to style, the brew is intense in flavour. Citrus, banana, clove and peppery aromas jump out of the glass, meanwhile on the palate, a mellow base of honey, rum and bready malts round up the flavour packed beer.

Introducing Limited Release #179 – a Hazy Hemp IIIPA! Using Tasmanian hemp cake, a super-concentrated New Zealand hop and contact timings you’d normally see in a winemaker’s toolkit, we kept the flavour and aroma in delicate harmony. This drove a tropical character of spicy mango, peach and passionfruit with echoes of a Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling. The Tassie hemp cake gives a creamy mouthfeel, leading to a mild finish on the palate. ABV 9%

Have you heard of Solfeggio frequencies? No, it’s not how often you order fancy coffees at your local café... they’re audio frequencies that are designed to improve various aspects of wellbeing. The topic came up with Mike from Bracket as we were brewing this beer. Funny what you chat about during a brew day... Our recipes for hazy IPA’s were intertwined and the result is a beer that is absolutely vibrating with juicy hop vibes, thanks to fresh Rakau and Nelson Sauvin hop kief from Freestyle Hops in New Zealand. As for Solfeggio frequencies - might we recommend 639Hz, for ‘harmonious interpersonal relationships’? Seems like the perfect one for a collaboration like this.

Oozing flavours and aromas of grapefruit, orange, lemon, passion fruit, resin and pine - All coming from iconic American hops Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Citra, Cluster, Columbus and Crystal. The 7 C's in all their glory.

We’re all for winter style in our damn cold smalltown- something last year wasn’t gonna do. So we’ve delivered a black version of our Italian PILS. Big herby aromas tease out hints of crusty dark bread and roasted malts, delivered in a brilliant dark pour with balanced bitterness.

Tropicália is a Brazilian style kettle sour packed with fruit flavours. Light and refreshing with tropical fruit aromas, it’s a genuinely quenching beer that’s the ideal sipper as the warmer months arrive. With bold fruit-forward characters of guava and pineapple over a tart sour beer base, it’s very lightly bitter with clean and layered lactic acidity to balance the juicy flavours, leading to a cleansing, moreish finish.

In Carrum Downs there was a dark, dark brewery. In the brewery there was a dark, dark kettle. In the kettle there were some dark, dark malts which, with our mates at Seeker, we've brewed into this delicious, toasty black lager. Enjoy!
