Beer description: A huge inspiration for us is one of San Francisco’s most well known breweries. This modern IPA pays tribute to them, a trip we made to the West Coast back in 2017 and Mark’s long career as a Pilot flying the SYD-SFO route. For our first crack at this style, we decided to go for a combo of Mosaic & Motueka.⠀
