Inspired by one of the four guardians of Chinese mythology. The Fenghuang, or phoenix represents summer, the element of fire, and is the protector of the south.

Like a phoenix rising from the ashes of a pyre, this IPA is a glowing hotbed of vibrant sun-ripened tropical flavours. Mango and passionfruit rise out of the glass with a hint of grapefruit on the finish.
