This beer has a slightly hazy dark orange hue to the body. The aroma is a bit yeasty much like that of dark bread. Slight hints of cloves and bananna with some herbal notes fill your nose. Hacker-Pschorr Sternweisse's taste opens with a prominent coriander and clove spiciness. A sweet banana flavour and and orange notes quickly follow. As the beer warms some find hints of cinnamon. Hacker-Pschorr's Sternweisse is very easy to drink and a great session beer.
