  Named after their famous brewery dog, Bam.

  Golden in hue, with a slightly cloudy appearance. Good carbonation and lace. The Crystal hops bring a lovely floral aroma to it, with a mild spice. This brew is oak aged for two months, giving it a complex but well balanced palate, with a flavour profile as you would expect from its Saison stylings. Can conditioned and dry hopped with Cascade there is a mild citrus notes that comes through the tart spice.
