This is a spontaneous farmhouse cider made from 60% apples and 40% pears of local field orchards. Fresh, fruity and with a balanced acidity. Nothing added, nothing removed. Fermented in oak barrels for eight months. Late harvest of 2020, blend no. 06-2020.
