With original ingredients, wood barrel maturation and the use of wild yeasts, the brewery has quickly made a name for itself in both national and international connoisseur circles since its foundation in 2017. This is a spontaneous farmhouse cider made from 60% apples and 40% pears of local field orchards. Fresh, fruity and with a balanced acidity. Nothing added, nothing removed. Fermented in oak barrels for eight months. Late harvest of 2020, blend no. 06-2020.
