Fliärblome is a barrel-aged sour ale to which Jan and Nicole added elderflowers that they foraged next to the brewery. They let the blossoms macerate in the beer for a few days and then racked it into red wine barrels. After a year, they blended it with some Aoltbeer to balance it out. Blend 2021.
