A clean and crisp west coast IPA that's been heavily heavily hopped. An overload of bitterness supported by a clean finish allows a first-class selection of hops to pop and steal the show. Big doses of Simcoe and Amarillo Cryo are backed up by single-farm low-temperature kilned Riwaka, experimental NZH-107, and a mighty Seven C- hop blend - Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Citra, Cluster, Columbus, and Crystal. One of our most ambitiously hopped beer to date.
