This beer pours a reddish pink colour with a large, slightly pink head and loads of pink lacing (which looks really cool). The aroma is a blend of sweetish cherries and a distinct sourness. The taste is much more sour than the aroma, with sourness definitely dominating the palate. Theres also strong acidity and some farmyard funkyness. The cherry flavour is very tart and quite minimal. The mouthfeel is tingly from a lot of carbonation. Absolutely delicious.
