This is SMASH Lager! Using only a single malt variety and a single hop variety along with water and yeast. For this we have used a premium German pilsner malt along with new world hop German hop Mandarina Bavaria. To follow on our German theme, a Bavarian yeast had to be used because, hey, Germans invented the method of "legaring". this beer is a smashable lager finishing fry with a tinge of tangerine and citrus frim late kettle hop additions.
