Nancy is sweet but she didn't have to cheat to get there. After suggestions that Lactose additions may be "cheating" we were challenged to brew an Oat Cream IPA without lactose. Now this caused outrage amongst the brew team. "How can it be cream without lactose?" they asked. They took some calming down but finally accepted because we love a challenge! Nancy is sweet, silky and filled with tropical fruit notes of mango and pineapple without any of the lactose.
