Swamp Thang combines the super-dank Strata hop from Oregon with Gigayeast's Vermont Ale yeast strain to deliver funky, pungent aromas and intense hop flavours.
Vermont Ale yeast is said to be indispensable when it comes to hazy IPAs, so we felt it was only right that we pay homage to the legendary misty marsh dwelling Swamp Thang.
Hop-driven and deep gold in colour, this brew delivers the strong dank and piney aromas typical of Strata and Columbus hops, while the five-malt blend provides a deceptively easy-drinking medium body that allows the hop bitterness to come through on the finish.
