Much like it's 3.5% little sibling, this beer has been brewed using a simple grain bill of Pale Malt and Wheat. It's distinctive tartness comes from a combination of both lactic acid (from Lactobacillus) and over 500 kg of Passionfruit pulp, while the Acai berry, which is native to South America, lends the beer a rich and vibrant hue. In the glass, the colour comes to life, as soft aromas of passion pulp and citrus greet the nose. The palate is revitalising, with tart passionfruit syrup hitting all the nooks and crannies.
