Made in collaboration with Iron Chef Australia Mixologist Fumi Tamura, this XPA is made using 15% rice. The inspiration behind this beer is from Fumi's family name "Tamura" which means rice village in Japanese.

The resulting beer is a very pale, light bodied, fruity beer with undertones of ripe tropical fruits, supporting floral notes and a reassuring dry bitterness. Fruity, refreshing and dry.
