A Flanders-style red ale that we selectively age on sloe fruit, hawthorn berries and rose hips, all hand collected from hedgerows on the brewery farm - hence the beer name.
A superb blend of one, two and three year versions of the beer. Pour aggressively to obtain a thin off-white lacing on the cherry coloured beer. Hedgerow is sharp & sour, full of tart rhubarb, barnyard funk & ripe cherry aromas, with a complex blend of dried-fruit & pinot oak.
The mouthfeel will get you puckering while the flavour arrangement showcases a tart raspberry, dark cherry & earthy woodiness dominance with subtle malt sweetness, light vinegar & burnt cranberry finish. Hedgerow is a sour delight that will turn your tongue on its head.
