The idea for Strawberry Rhubarb Sour started in the same place as most of our beer ideas; early in the morning, over coffee with a piece of toast. Jess had just opened a fresh jar of her homemade strawberry and rhubarb jam which was vibing with our standard morning routine on a whole other level.
