Dark Beer Limited Edition Mixed Pack

Big, dark and emerging from the deep dark winter abyss, these beers will take no prisoners so be prepared! Version #15 of our dark beer pack is ready to go for your drinking pleasure.

Featuring 8 of our favourite Stouts, Porters and Dark ales. We've also sneaked in a couple of epic Imperial sized dark beers for you, as well as a yummy chocolate stout from New Zealand's 8 Wired!

The line-up:

1. Boatrocker Chocolate Stout 375ml Can

We've taken our classic Stout and infused decadent chocolate flavours using organic cacao nibs and vanilla beans. ABV 6.1%

2. 8 Wired Mister Miso Chocolate Imperial Stout 330ml Can

An indulgently decadent imperial stout, enhanced by the addition of miso paste. To create this culinary delight, we’ve curated a complex malt bill, with plenty of chocolate and coffee malts. Additional chocolate in the form of roasted cacao nibs equals a supremely velvety, full-bodied beer bursting with luscious chocolate. ABV 10%

3. Sierra Nevada Narwhal 355ml Bottle

Narwhal Imperial Stout is inspired by the mysterious creature that thrives in the deepest fathoms of the frigid Arctic Ocean. Featuring incredible depth of malt flavor, rich with notes of espresso, baker’s cocoa, roasted grain and a light hint of smoke, Narwhal is a massive malt-forward monster. Aggressive but refined with a velvety smooth body and decadent finish, Narwhal will age in the bottle for years to come. ABV 10.2%

4. Slow Lane Liquid Bread Doppelbock 375ml Can

Doppelbocks are a strong, rich and malty lager originally brewed by Bavarian monks in the 17th century. Designed to sustain the monks while they abstain from solid foods during the 40 day Lent period, doppelbocks earned the nickname ‘Liquid Bread’. Disclaimer: We do not condone 40 day beer-only diets. ABV 8.5%

5. Schneider Aventinus Weizen-Eisbock 330ml Bottle

Magic and a black soul - the mahogany coloured, almost black "Eisbock" for sensuous indulgence, best served in a balloon glas. Matured in a special freezing process following a special recipe, with a soft, elegant body, but still intensive. Spicy flavours of plum, banana and clove reveal themselves along with a hint of bitter almond and marzipan. Tempting as digestif, to crepes, dark chocolate, Tiramisu and fully ripe parmesan cheese. ABV 12%

6. Seeker Dougie's Chocolate Porter 440ml Can

To some, this homage needs no introduction, but for those in the dark, Dougie is Seeker's resident Chocolate Lab.
When he isn't visiting brewery patrons who might have 'accidentally' dropped a bit of pizza, Dougie can be found keeping a close eye on our brewers, whilst they brew this smooth Chocolate Porter fit for only the best of the pack. ABV 5.6%

7. Freshwater Quiet Storm Japanese Dark Lager 375ml Can

Restraint, focus and intention. We've brewed a lager with decadent bold flavours and thirst quenching drinkability. Balancing the robust, chocolate malt character with the subtle, familiar, dry lager finish. ABV 5%

8. Aether Black XPA 365ml Can

Introducing Limited Release 178, our Black XPA! With this brew, we’ve thrown rules out the window and balanced a smooth Dark Ale with a supremely juicy XPA. The result is undeniably delicious! Intensely hop-forward with aromas of citrus, pear, melon and passionfruit, the juiciness is perfectly wrapped together with chocolatey biscuit flavours from the malt. Pouring dark black with a copper tint around the edges, this marvel is only lightly bittered and stays smooth to the finish. Dive into the depths of this Black XPA; it's not just a drink, it's a symphony for the senses!. ABV 5.2%
