Renascence is a Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout that we have created just in time for Easter. Aged in ex-sherry and whisky barrels, conditioned on roasted cacao nibs and vanilla beans, then finished off with an addition of creamy lactose to create the ultimate Cadbury Creme Egg experience. Boozy notes of whisky & sherry circle the glass as you stick your nose in, with a rich dutch cocoa aroma backing up the barrel character. The first sip is like biting right into a Creme Egg. Layers of choc and vanilla intertwine, all supported by rich whisky and a hint of that sherry in the back
