This is extreme. Got a lovely coffee note coming in through the porter base. Made for a good night in.
Nothing subtle about these Rogue beers. First couple of sips taste like stout, but so much roasted coffee taste,, along with lots of dark chocolate. Wow ! This is one to savour, & this should not be drunk too cold. 8 to 10 degrees lets more flavour through.
Not a great example of a porter :-(
Has a slight chocolate taste but a fair bit watery for me very mild taste like drinking water with a little chocolate taste
